Beautiful but clasp wont shut right

So these are stunning - the fit and look are great!I think my pair are faulty as one of the ear rings wont close perfectly on the post - it slips to the side and kind of crunches as you adjust. I wont wear them a lot in fear it will get worse - but they are gorgeous overall!!
