These are OK Please read the note
So I had a mixed experience. The first pair of earrings sent were unacceptable. I called Ice Carats. They were VERY responsive and agreed that the issue I had was unacceptable and we worked it out so I would still have a pair in time for Valentines day. So my customer service experience was good. The second pair I received are ok. The only negative I would point out is that the sizes using a very accurate caliper were 9. 49mm and 9. 42mm. (That's a pretty good match in size. )The description though says 10mm and the size shown in the details is 9mm. So they split the difference. I don't really care, but please be consistent and accurate. If they'd just said 9mm, it would have been the right way to go. Last item is the shape. None of them (all four I saw) were very round, but rather flattened a bit. While wearing them, they'll look just fine, but the profile is flat. See the picture for what I'm talking about. That all said, for the price, they're fine.
